No handling of invalid or repeat flags for event command

While the position of /n and /d are enforced, there is no handling of invaid and duplicate flags here, which is confusing since I would expect duplicate flags to be handled.

This is intended. The application checks for the first occurrences of the flags by searching for the pattern "/n SOME_STRING /d SOME_STRING" , any duplicate flags will be treated as part of the event description / event name.

The application only checks for the existence of /n /d flags. Only issue was that the team forgot to include in the UG that invalid flags prior to the first valid flag detected will be ignored and thus, a documentation bug rather than a functionality bug.

As this issue happens only in very rare cases where the user inputs invalid flags prior to the first flag (not following the expected command format), it is downgraded to severity low as per the course guidelines.
