Bill function does not automatically calculate the amount owed/to be paid

Expected the list of bills to auto-calculate the amount to owed/to be paid, not just percentages since it is for bills management, doesnt make sense for user to key in and still have to manually calculate the amount.

It's true that this feature is not implemented, and ideally should be in the future, but it is not necessarily a bug because this is how it's expected to run as of now.
