Invalid input for percentages unlike written in UG

Unable to add percentages adding up to 99.5 thought according UG, it should be valid.

Team's Response

This is low priority because it is just not inclusive of the endpoints of +-0.5 of the percentages being within 100. Still works as expected up until endpoints. Though I recognize I could adjust the documentation to make this more clear.
