Adding a recipe and its fields in CAPS fails

Adding a recipe and its fields in CAPS make it lowercase, when I list it in the application.

Not sure if it is as intended, as it's not specified in the UG.

The forced lower case is to remove case sensitivity in finding by recipe name, etc. Sure, a notice in the UG could have helped.
