List command shows 29 Feb 0001, but summarise errors out

I would say the command itself is correct (there is no 29 feb 0001) but because of the fact that the date got accepted, I am treating that the date 29 Feb 0001 exists here

This is related to the 29 Feb 0000 being accepted and changed to 29 Feb 0001 issue. Fixing the date issue in my other issue opened will also resolve this.

Fixing the bug associated with #2387 will resolve the bug with this issue. Both issues are caused by the issue of not filtering out extreme dates, which can be resolve by adding more checks to the application's dateParser.
