Deleting an inflow with an invalid index crashes the program

Good that there is an error message if an invalid index for deletion is entered, however the program still crashes after the error message is shown.

More info is needed on this bug, it is likely not caused due to the invalid index for delete-outflow as I am unable to reproduce the bug.

Also, even though this could potentially be a valid bug, the user can always login again and continue using the app as usual, so it doesn't make the app unusable. Therefore, we will be changing the severity to Medium.
