Optimiser does not support TA mode for courses

Currently when TA mode is opted for a course, it shows all lessons for the course instead of just lessons that the TA takes.

For instance, the below is shown in optimiser page when TA mode was turned on for CS1101S

even though it should only show Tutorial and Recitation according to the timetable page.

Only the TA-able lessons for the course should be shown in the optimiser

Actually, should we exclude TA mods from the optimiser? Because it's possible for a TA to take multiple tutorials/labs/etc:

The TA can always just add their own lessons after their non-TA mods have been optimised. What do you think?

yep that makes sense to me
