The Nutanix CCM does not apply labels and annotations with topologies to the nodes

What steps did you take and what happened:

We deployed the nutanix cloud controller manager using the helm chart https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/nutanix/nutanix-cloud-provider with the following values.yaml and the nodes were not patched with the labels and anotations with the topology categories. We are trying to deploy this in a talos k8s kubernetes flavour. We enabled external cloud provider in the controlplane nodes.

What did you expect to happen:
To see the nodes with the labels and annotations regarding the topologies defined in the values.yaml

Environment:

• cloud-provider-nutanix version: v0.5.0
• Kubernetes version: (use kubectl version): 1.32.1
• OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): talos OS version 1.9.4
