Nuts & Seeds Grammatical Error #42

Hello! I have found a bit of an error.
When opening the Nuts & Seeds category, it says one should eat "Nuts or Seeds", whilst the title states it is 'Nuts & Seeds'.
I feel this is an inconsistency & should be clarified in the app, as to whether the user should eat both, one or the other, or whether either would suffice.
