design: Chat Client to Matrix Bridge Messaging API

Overview

Design a REST API that connects a custom chat client to the matrix-bridge service. The API translates simple JSON messages into Matrix protocol events and vice versa. The matrix-bridge handles the FHIR
integration according to the NUTS instant communication specification.
