Atrium Folders does not delete files on the server side

When a user deletes files, they are deleted on the panel but not on the server. The problem is when a user tries to upload new files, it displays the error: "The selected file test.mp4 could not be uploaded. The file is 18.85 MB which would exceed your disk quota of 200 MB."

I have the same problem and that makes atrium_folders a nuisance to maintain. Can we have confirmation of this bug, so that we know its not a configuration problem?
