bug: Component loading failure after new deployment (ChunkLoadError in MDC)

I'm opening this issue following investigations on https://github.com/nuxt/ui/pull/6124. It appears there is a significant issue regarding how components are dynamically loaded within Mdc when a new version of the application is deployed.
