How to render MD (link) inside HTML block inside MD file

AFAIK rendering HTML inside MD is valid (although the remark-rehype has some warnings about it), but I don't quite get how to do that with Nuxt Content.

Example:

file.md

<div class="notice">
    <div class="notice-content">
    <p>[TL;DR](#tldr)</p>
    </div>
</div>

Nuxt Content is not rendering [TL;DR](#tldr) as a link.
