Excel - Focus cell not reported

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an Excel sheet with data
2. Select only 1 cell (e.g. moving with arrows)
3. Press NVDA+tab to read it
4. Select many cells, with shift+arrows
5. Press NVDA+tab to read the focused cell
6. Press enter to move the focused cell withought discarding the selection
7. Press NVDA+tab to read the focused cell
8. Extend the selection more with shift+arrows
9. Press NVDA+tab to read the focused cell
10. Move away and back the focus, e.g. pressing alt and then escape
11. Press NVDA+tab to read the focused cell

Actual behavior

At step 5 and 9, NVDA does not report the focused cell.
The focused cell is reported at steps 3., 7. and 11. though.

Expected behavior

Since #6959 / #17733, the focused cell should be reported rather han the selection to be consistent.
