Mark Repository as Unmaintained

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, as this project was incredibly helpful in restarting my Neovim journey a year ago. However, the current state of the repository is confusing for new users. I regularly see users encountering errors with fresh setups (e.g., this Reddit post
https://www.reddit.com/r/neovim/comments/1q51616/fresh_kickstarter_nvim_install_treesitter_error/), and I worry it may discourage newcomers.

At this point, it doesn’t seem likely that the project will find a new maintainer. It’s possible that the project has already fulfilled its role.

Would it be fair to declare this in the README? This way, new users won’t waste time troubleshooting outdated or unsupported configurations.

There have been several people that have come forward and offered to take over maintenance, @oriori1703 has been the most recent one, he also already has a maintained fork: #1627 (comment)

The problem is that the current owner and maintainer ignore all contact attempts.

@szechp true. That was part of my motivation to create a standalone issue for this. I hope this might attract the attention of newcomers for the time being.
