How set position of my custom picker at top?

Hello. I'm following developers.md and i successfully created my first picker and run it:
colors(require("telescope.themes").get_dropdown{})

Currently the position of the picker is at center. How can i set it at top?(Or if it possible i can set some top-margin for it.)

I know about anchor and i can use it for configuring telescope. But i want to use anchor in my own extension that i'm creating. I don't know how use it here.
