Create automatically updating README with dashboard #1
Description
Create README with a table showing for each extension in the catalog whether:
- Latest pypi version can be installed with the latest pynwb and hdmf
- Latest repo can be installed with the latest pynwb and hdmf
- Latest repo can be installed with the latest pynwb and hdmf and repo tests pass
with links to the error messages and short snippets.
Update the README regularly.
