Description
Problem
Identity model, tree-based UX, derivation standards, and storage architecture are foundational. Building without these creates technical debt and requires rewrites.
Success Criteria
- Specifications published (identity, UX, derivation, storage)
- ProtocolMessage v2 designed
- Storage abstraction implemented
- TUI tree view prototype working

Forcing specific identity solutions, blockchain-based identity, full Swarm implementation in Q4 2025
