Restrictive condition in EULA from NXP #4

Description

@rahulmohang

Hello,

As per what we understood from the EULA, 'LA_OPT_NXP_Software_License v11' in the file, 'https://github.com/NXP/imx-firmware/blob/master/nxp/EULA.txt', the rights granted to licensee depends on whether the licensee's product is a "Authorized System" or not.

The definition of 'Authorized System' is the following:
1.2 "Authorized System" means either (i) Licensee's hardware product which
incorporates an NXP Product or (ii) Licensee's software program which is used
exclusively in connection with an NXP Product and with which the Licensed
Software will be integrated.

The project that I represent, 'Eclipse Oniro', which is a project focused on the development of a distributed open source operating system for consumer devices, is not a program that is 'used exclusively' in connection with an NXP Product 'and' with which the Licensed Software will be integrated.

Since Oniro is an open source project, we would like to make sure, as far as possible, that we do not make publicly available, the software whose licenses have restrictions. So, we would like to know if we get an explicit permission so that we could make this software publicly available to the end users of our project, i.e. device manufacturers.
