update manifest repo links

I think after closing codeaurora repo, the links in the manifest file (hardknott) required to updated with github links;

from remote name="nxp" fetch="https://source.codeaurora.org/external"
to remote name="nxp" fetch="https://github.com/nxp-qoriq"

also there are too many codeaurora links in the project .bb files.
