Debug mode

With the addition of LLMs we ditched our long standing approach of recording HTTP logs for everything but we might end up regretting that if one day a connection stops working. We could instead allow toggling of a debug mode for a workspace. This would probably be an option on the engine and it would cause it to produce debug events that contain things like HTTP traces.
