Hello, I've run into a strange issue during the tilt series refinements where protomo stops generating the correction factor/angle refinement/quality assessment plots. The error that's reported says "!!! WARNING: Quality assessment plot image could not be generated. Make sure matplotlib and numpy are in your $PYTHONPATH.(see screenshot#1)" The error is the same for each plot and this error pops up after every round of refinement. Do you have any suggestions to correct this problem? A follow up question that may be related to the first: when I try to reconstruct a tilt series from a particular refinement, I can't choose which interaction to use for reconstruction. It just gives me the option to take "best, best w/ bin1/2 or worse". If I try just using "best", the program throws an error that I need to select a particular iteration (screenshot2).
Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide,
Ben
