AIR 2S -> 18650 convert #449

Hi, any one can help Me ?
I try change old lipo to 18650 in Air 2S battery.
3x18650 - was properly soldererd - with balance wires
After that DJI Battery killer - don't read my battery,
Before that change - battery was readed good.
How back it to life ?
