Migrate SIG-Network General Meeting to Monthly

Proposal is to migrate SIG-network general meeting from every two weeks, to one per month.

Voting will end on May 24th

Reasons for move:

• Low engagement for current twice a month issue
• Provide a focused general SIG meeting which is feature focused
• Give more time to gather agenda items
• Clears space on calendar for SIG-Network office hours
• Aligns with other SIG practices
• Triage meetings will be used for urgent/process issues ie to move RFCs along
• Allows O3DE partners to focus efforts to attend/engage with SIGs
• SIG-Chair(s) are gaining more responsibilies so reduces expected load of role

Reasons not to move:

• Month can be a long time to wait for updates
• Fewer points of engagement with SIG
• Risk to RFC speed
