Issue: oVirt Self-Hosted Engine Installation - CentOS Streams 8 retired

oVirt Self Hosted engine is based on CentOS Streams 8. That repository is gone. So I am unable to deploy oVirt. I even tried using Oracle Linux to deploy and looks like it is hitting the same CentOS Stream 8 repo.

Please use a stable Linux distro like Rocky to base this system on.

I was hoping that I could possibly use oVirt as a VMWare replacement. But if it is not going to be stable we have to look elsewhere.
