Allow pasting without formatting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I paste something in tools like Jira or Teams for work, it sometimes also comes with some kind of formatting. I want to be able to paste the text also without formatting just as straight up ascii/unicode (not sure about the implementation detail)

Allow pasting text without formatting (maybe with an extra button next to the star key)

When working on Linux/Windows, generally Ctrl+V pastes with formatting. Ctrl+Shift+V will paste without formatting. But on some applications this role maybe reversed.
