Missing support for RHEL 8 with HA to 9 Leapp upgrades on AWS

Actual behavior

There's a lack of support for the RHEL 8 with HA bundled offering on AWS.

These bundled images have their own RHUI client package: rh-amazon-rhui-client-ha, which the current refactored code is missing support for despite RH introducing support for some RHEL 8.x -> RHEL 9.x HA leapp upgrades. See: https://access.redhat.com/articles/7012677
