Leapp does not report issue with VM configuration before upgrade 8 to 9

Actual behavior
Having created virsh domains in Centos 8 and then upgraded to Centos Stream 8, then Alma 8 and Alma 9, I cannot restart the virsh domains in Alma 9.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. create VM in Centos 8
2. upgrade to Alma 9
3. virsh start returns "unsupported configuration: domain configuration does not support video model 'qxl'"

System information:

• AlmaLinux release 9.5 (Teal Serval)
• Linux XXX 5.14.0-503.16.1.el9_5.x86_64 Make sure Subscription Manager OS Release is unset #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Fri Dec 13 01:47:05 EST 2024 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Hi @ericgrancher , it's known problem indeed, but it has not got such a high priority in comparison to other problems we are dealing with. However, I agree with you that it would be nice to inform people about it. If someone opens a PR with proper fix, we are happy to review it.
