Further implementer guidance on Client Instance Attestations

I suggest that it would be useful to implementers if non-normative examples of "client instance attestations" were provided. Attestations about the status of a device, key pair, or application instance may be useful pointers for implementers. Additionally being clear that it is possible to have several attestations in a single request to the Client Attester would be very helpful to potential implementers.
