That is not the source code for the driver. That is the library that interfaces with the driver. The driver itself is proprietary and used to only be available on the website. Now it doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

It is packed within ./command line installer/install-interception.exe of latest release (`Interception.zip').

Curious whether someone has alredy decompiled mouse.sys driver?
Seems like it has about 1.5k lines of code...

You'd probably be better off trying to build up something like KeyboardTrap up to interface with the Interception API (though that doesn't provide any mouse support). There's also the hurdle of having the driver signed, which is expensive.
