stage relationships lost in processing

In the emapa.obo file generated in processing, some of the stage relationships are missing.

It is critical to MGI for stage relationships to be included in the file. Would it be possible to modify the processing to correct this?

Fixed in #132. This is how the emapa.obo files looks like when you merge this and create another release:

previously it was not actually wrong or anything - just "non-redundant". This is a problem with old OBO tools: they do not process the relationships correctly along the class hierarchy. So why id: EMAPA:38319 had lost that relation, one of its ancestors still had them - which means the information was still "logically there". Anyways - this discussion is not worth it for emapa - so I just fixed it so you have it the way you like!
