Automatically add or remove notes from a kanban according to criteria

I want certain notes to automatically be added to a kanban that meets certain kriteria. For example if I have a kanban board that tracks videos that I create. Then if I add a new note for example that has a certain tag, or that is in a certain folder or has a certain property type then I want that note to be added to that particular kanban board.

This would also enable me to automatically have certain notes removed from the kanban board. for example if I just change a certain property. lets say i have a checkbox property that says kanban and a tick means its on, and no tick means its off.

For example. if I add a new video note then I want that note to show up on the kanban board that tracks my videos that I create. also I want the kanban board to automatically track its position on the kanban board through a status property but I have added that as another feature request.
