Add metadata to tasks

Is there a way to add metadata to tasks? An example might be a URL that isn't a backlink (such as an article that I'd like to read later).

Sure, you can put the URL on the task line. Nothing special is needed.

- [ ] Do something https://obsidian.md
- [ ] Do something [about Obsidian](https://obsidian.md)

And you can search for them with:

```tasks
not done
description includes http
```
