does the plugin works completely offline or does it needs any network connectivity?

Hi,
I am interesting in a use case in which I want my vault to be completely offline and I saw the plugin and I find it very useful, but I am wondering if the plugin requires any external network connection in order to do the operations or if it works completely offline.

I read the documents but could not find a concrete answer.

It works in a running Obsidian application and does not have any network activity itself at all, just acting on the notes in your vault.
