BUG: Clipping highlights do not work in full screen mode

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04.3
• Brave 1.82.166 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chromium: 140.0.7339.133
• Web Clipper version: 0.11.9
• Obsidian version: 1.9.12

Describe the bug
Clipping highlights do not work in full screen mode

Expected behavior
The highlights should be clipped.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a webpage such as https://help.obsidian.md/web-clipper/highlight
2. Press F11 to go into full screen mode
3. Press ALT+SHIFT+H to enable highlighting
4. Click on some element to highlight it
5. Click on "Clip highlights" button
   Nothing happens. More specifically, if we open the console (pressing F12), we see an error:

Failed to open popup: Error: Browser window has no toolbar.
