BUG: Wrong transcript language when clipping YouTube video.

Describe the bug

When clipping some YouTube videos, the transcript is in the completely wrong language.
This might be related to #826.
In my case, my OS is set to en_US.UTF-8 and nb_NO.UTF-8 (Norwegian) via locale / LANG environment variable.
My browser is set to English (US) interface and Accepted Languages set to no, nb (variation of Norwegian), en and en-US.

In the following video which is from a German creator, the spoken language is English, however the extension transcribes it to Dutch.

I've also tried clipping in Firefox with the exact same result.

Expected behavior

The transcription language should match the selected caption language set in YouTube or have a separate setting in the extension, in my/this case English.

1. Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWwL_pLuX-U
2. Click on 'Web clipper extension' to start transcription
3. Scroll down to 'Transcript'
4. See wrong language (should be English in my case)

The transcript is in Arabic...

He is American, speaking English, English captions are available. But I notice in his videos he has various languages available for captions, and Arabic is the first result. I'm guessing the extension is grabbing the first language in the list and using that for the transcription.
