Would including a predefined `launch.json` file for VS Code in the sample be a good idea?

My problem is that occasionally I need to run a test script that's just a function, and I want to use the debugger for that. But I have trouble with configuring debugger with Node with TS. Do you think adding a predefined `launch.json` file for VS Code be a good idea? You can add other config files for other editors as well.
