How to transform the image_data from get_source_screenshot to the image that OPENCV can read?

I have taken a screenshot from get_source_screenshot. Then I tried various methods to convert image_data into a format that OPENCV could read, but I failed.
The documentation states that this is a Base64-encoded image file.
Could anyone help me?
