Expected Behavior

get the duration of a stream using GetStreamStatus outputTimecode and outputDuration should be correct

Current Behavior

outputTimecode and outputDuration are 3.5 times what I expect. It is because 2 times 60 fps and 3 times 30 fps makes 3.5 times as much frames as the frame rate.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Stream using Twitch enhanced broadcast
2. call GetStreamStatus
