Feature Request: Support for Custom Browser Docks

I'm looking to be able to change the URL of a browser dock and or cause a reload or refresh of the browser dock. (Currently if OBS is opened before the local app hosting the website for the browser dock you get a blank white page. There doesn't seem to be a way for a user to fix it short of closing and reopening OBS or editing the url. So I would like to force a refresh of the dock after getting a connect to obs-websocket to make sure the page loads)

Being able to set the URL would also help with initial setup and updating the URL to match the current port the app is using.

This one would be a nice to have, the ability get the name of the current OBS Theme so I can get the UI showing in the browser dock to always match OBS.

In the meantime, you can click the browser dock and press ctrl/cmd+r (r for reload). This is the currently supported way to reload a dock in OBS. You don't need to edit the URL or restart OBS necessarily.

equivalent support for browser docks the way browser sources are done would be ideal, being able to add new browser docks and pop them open for configuring a browser source's website settings would be great.
