Archive this repository

This was a useful way to get an up-to-date version of opam on Linux and macos systems, but Nix is doing a better job at that now (see https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/tree/master/pkgs/development/tools/ocaml/opam). So I suggest retiring this repository.
