Windows MSVC ABI compatible build

Hello,
I've been trying to get a Windows build compatible with MSVC ABI (to load a .dll in a MSVC compiled binary).
Has anyone managed to compile gmp/zarith in a setup like this ?

This is possible to do using vcpkg's port of GMP cf, #157 and discussion in #155, although it requires some manual steps outlined in #155 for now.
