Devcontainer build failure

Hello,

It looks like the Dockerfile for the VSCode devcontainer is outdated, and somehow leads to incompatible versions of lsp and yojson being used (Yojson3 has less variants, and the version of lsp used still requires the old yojson).

Thanks @giltho. There is indeed an issue. I haven't tried starting the devcontainer in GitHub, it takes ages.

But I manually launched caml/opam:debian-ocaml-5.2 and repeated the steps in .devcontainer/Dockerfile, which led to an environment where ocaml.org does not build.

To build, I had to downgrade two packages manually:

 > opam install hilite.0.4.0
 > opam install syndic.1.6.1

I still need to figure out exactly what's going on there.
