Do not show the warning about cmi in several directories if their content is the same #111

findlib: [WARNING] Interface digestif.cmi occurs in several directories: /home/kit_ty_kate/.opam/tsan/lib/digestif/ocaml, /home/kit_ty_kate/.opam/tsan/lib/digestif

$ diff /home/kit_ty_kate/.opam/tsan/lib/digestif/digestif.cmi /home/kit_ty_kate/.opam/tsan/lib/digestif/ocaml/digestif.cmi
$ echo $?
0
This happen because the virtual library feature of dune will install the cmi into the two directories. It would be nice to not show the warning when there will actually not be any issues from having two cmi
