Unable to build man pages with sources from git repository #97

Description

@RiderALT

When attempting to build findlib from the current Git repository, I noticed that the process for generating man pages depends on a utility called db2man. However, there is no mention in the documentation or the build instructions about how to obtain or install db2man. As a result, building man pages fails unless this additional tool is installed (and it is not clear which package or repository provides it).

I discovered a very old utility named db2man at http://projects.camlcity.org/projects/dl/db2man-0.1/README.
This code appears to be version 0.1, has not been updated for a long time, and the Git repository for it is no longer accessible.
It is not available in opam.

The GitLab repository https://gitlab.com/gerdstolpmann/app-db2man appears to be the same utility, but it has not been updated for modern OCaml syntax and may not compile with ocaml 5.3.0.
