last week, it was downloaded without problem in the vm in virtual box but now i can't

The server download.camlcity.org is down - and I can't fix it right now. This will have to wait until next week (missing key). The backup download2.camlcity.org is still up. I don't know why this second server is not in opam. I'm not the maintainer of the opam package.
