move between repos broke previous releases

Seems like the repo was moved from https://github.com/thierry-martinez/pyml to https://github.com/ocamllibs/pyml and then forked back to https://github.com/thierry-martinez/pyml. This process broke the links to the existing releases. Affecting opam.

I mirrored the releases in my fork to avoid broken links, but the proper long-term solution would be to update the opam repository with the new URLs.
