Add conda materials to resources website

Currently there are conda materials that are rendered but not linked from the sidebar (so not able to reach by navigating but can see/access by search).

We should review, consolidate, and link Conda materials, probably as part of "Pre-event preparation."

Pinging @emiliom and @ocefpaf -- this is not urgent but we should have it.

We can improve that lesson and trim what we add in our own site to just specifics of our env file.

@ocefpaf it's great to see that Carpentry lesson! Perfect timing. I was planning to refine and release a conda page for WaterHackWeek today 😉

this is not urgent but we should have it.

I would say this is more pressing than the consolidation of jupyterhub pages. This is the stuff that will help participants directly, to run things on their computers. I'll try to have an initial version of the OHW conda page by the end of the week, along the lines of what @ocefpaf suggests. Or either of you can go right ahead ...
