Game crashes when trying to access in-game config

Bug description

When trying to open the in-game config, the game crashes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open game.
2. Click Mods button.
3. Click Artifacts config.
4. Crash

Additional Details

I do have RAR Compat, but this is happening specifically between Artifacts and the mod config screen without RAR involved.

When both RAR Compact and Artifacts are enabled, the game will not automatically generate Artifacts configuration files.

Temporarily disabling RAR Compact then launching the game allows normal access to the Artifacts configuration interface.

However, after re-enabling RAR Compact, the game will still crash when accessing the configuration, even if Artifacts configuration files already exist in the folder.

Sidenote, do you know which mod makes Mimics appear as Chests in Jade, even after they've already started attacking? I remember seeing mention of hiding Mimics in Jade in someone's changelog, and I don't remember whose, but I'd like to be able to see their health when fighting them. That's what I was accerssing the Artifacts config for, but I don't see it there. or in Jade
