Intensity does not change for small adjustments in aperture size for 'basic' simulation

Simulating the 'basic' SRW simulation using sirepo docker has a constant intensity for small incrementation of the aperture size. Attached is a gist with the run.py file, and a plot of the average intensity, which shows many plateaus.
